A DIRECT LINE TO THE RECOVERY TEAM
WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPS,
CALL US.
Urgent recovery is different from a planned collection. The most useful information is your exact location, whether the vehicle is safe to access and what has happened to it. We can then check whether recovery is available and discuss the next move.
For a live roadside situation, calling is the quickest way to enquire. An online message is not a substitute for immediate assistance or emergency services.

SAFETY COMES FIRST
IF YOU ARE
AT THE ROADSIDE.
If you have stopped on a fast road or motorway, follow National Highways and emergency-service safety guidance. Do not stand in a live traffic lane or attempt to recover the car yourself. Call 999 if there is immediate danger.
Once you are in a safe place, call us with your road name, direction of travel, nearest junction or landmark and the vehicle condition.
