No. You do not need a diagnosis before calling us. Whether the engine has failed, the vehicle will not start or it has developed a fault while driving, our team can arrange recovery. Tell us what has happened and where the vehicle is.
Will you take the vehicle to my chosen garage?
Yes. We can transport your broken-down vehicle to your preferred garage, workshop, repair centre or another agreed location. Provide the destination when you call and we will arrange the recovery.
