Accident recovery
FJW Recovery can arrange accident vehicle recovery, secure storage and liaison with insurers. If the customer chooses not to proceed through insurance, agreed recovery and storage charges are payable by the customer.
Before entering a recovery agreement
We confirm the service and agreed charges, as applicable, directly with the customer. Separate authorisation and recovery/storage terms will be supplied where required.
