Does it roll, steer and brake?
A non-runner with free-rolling wheels can present a different loading situation from a vehicle with seized brakes, missing wheels or damaged suspension.
Check access and keys
Tell the operator whether keys are available, whether steering is locked and how much space surrounds the vehicle.
Share the vehicle details
Tell us the make, model and any modifications to the vehicle. The operator will check the appropriate recovery arrangement, including safe loading, before confirming a booking.
Make the destination clear
Provide an accurate delivery location and tell the receiving site that the vehicle is being collected.
